I wanted to talk to you about intermittent fasting and if used to ensure weight loss. A recent study shows that this really proved it can be good, but it’s still a lot of mistrust out there, because there is very little research on the subject. What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is a unique concept in relation to their eating habits. It is not focus on what to eat, but if you eat it.
