So, remember that good fats and complex carbs aid the weight-loss process and are essential for your body to function properly.  Unless your carbs come from the ground avoid it and eat healthy fat foods instead. Now I want to talk about what the real enemy is, sugar.  All those low-fat foods that were made, because people believed that the fat was bad for them were only replaced with lots of extra sugar! Well, that extra sugar just hurts our body even more by spiking our insulin levels, which controls the fat you burn. If we add these good fats to our meals, we are one step closer to the natural way of losing weight.  Now there are fats we should avoid for sure, like hydrated oil, canola oil, margarine, substituted butters and whole-wheat bread. You have a 24 hour block of time to eat and you can eat all the greasy cheeseburgers and milk shakes you want.  There is no restrictions on what you can eat.  The next 24 hour block of time is your fasting time where you can only have water. The diet is relatively simple and doesn&#8217;t require a lot of knowledge of biology.  You have two periods of time; an eating period and a fasting period.  Each period will be 24 hours.  During your eating period you can eat what you want and as much as you want.  There is no limitations on the type of food you can eat, so it doesn&#8217;t matter if it is fattening.  During the fasting period you&#8217;re not allowed to eat, you can only have water.  Intermittent fasting dieting is a natural way to eat.  We typically eat three meals a day, everyday and that is not really natural.  If you go back in time and look at humans that were forced to hunt for food, you&#8217;d see that they&#8217;d eat when they caught something and had to fast when they didn&#8217;t catch anything.  <br/><br/></p>
