1. What is your trainers&#8217; philosophy of fitness.  Does your instructor believe in High Intensity training? Do they believe in taking you beyond your limits to get more out of your body, or do they have a progressive strategy in<br />
training? Has your instructor ever had any of their clients go to the hospital? If so, for what?  You may feel that this may be a bit intrusive, but would you rather it be &#8220;you&#8221; in the next stretcher in the emergency room?<br />

2.Check out a class or clients(with the clients permission of course) workout BEFORE joining in.  This way you can see your fitness guru in action and get a feel for their instructional style. You will also be able to see the<br />

3. Quick weight loss for teens # 1<br />
Good nutrition always starts at home.  You have to keep this in mind.  Instead of keeping in check or even limiting severely what your kid eats, take a good, hard and honest look at what the entire family is eating.  Teens develop their eating habits from what you teach them.  So if you are a family of potato chip eaters, you need to wean the entire family from the chips and go for healthier options like fresh fruit and vegetables.  Try not to create a meal plan only for your overweight teenager, while the rest of the family chows down on the unhealthy stuff.  Your kid will only resent this and may sneak in meals outside your home.<br />
Quick weight loss for teens # 2<br />
Speaking of meals, try to ditch all the processed food you have at home &#8211; and that includes the frozen dinners and the &#8220;diet food&#8221; that you have been stocking up.
