The next 24 hour block of time is your fasting time where you can only have water. It takes a little getting used too, but once your body starts producing the above listed hormones, you’ll start to feel great. It’s important to note that there is no starvation in this case. People still consume the same amount of calories on average When you diet with intermittent fasting you’re going to be eating more like a human was built to eat. Eating three meals a day isn’t exactly natural. When humans were hunters, they would eat when food was caught and fasted when they didn’t catch anything. Humans are probably at the height of their biological efficiency eating like this.
