Flexible Intermittent Fasting

I wanted to talk to you about flexible intermittent fasting that you can apply to your life to help you lose weight and make yourself more healthy. A recent study on this subject has been getting a lot of attention due to some amazing results that it found out. The first is weight loss; people ended up losing weight even though they were eating the same amount of calories on average. The other reason is that people become much better at dealing with health issues and stress. The study ended up concluding that people would live longer eating like this. I’m going to talk to you about flexible intermittent fasting. The flexibility of this way of eating is that you have a significant period of time to eat and during that time you can eat what you want and as much as you want. You have a period of 24 hours known as the eating period. The next 24 hours is the fasting period which means you can only have the basics like water. A lot of people think this is starvation since you’re not eating for 24 hours, but if you look at it as an average you’ll end up eating the same as you did before. Flexible intermittent fasting is actually quite natural. If you look at a more primitive type of human that was forced to hunt for food, you can see this. If something was caught, it was usually bigger and had to be eaten all at once before it spoiled. If nothing was caught than they just had to go without. That is very similar to the type of fasting I’m talking about.
