The next 24 hour block of time is your fasting time where you can only have water. The best type I&#8217;ve seen is a simple 24 hour cycle.  That means you have a 24 hour period where you can eat anything you want and as much as you want.  The next 24 hour period is a fast where you can only have water.  The key to making this workable isn&#8217;t aligning the 24 hour period to the actual days.  That will mean your fasting periods will end in the middle of the night and you&#8217;re not going to get up just to eat. Results of fasting are influenced by personâs volume of training and other physical activities, recovery capability and patterns, diet macronutrient ratios, exercise program type, eating habits and lifestyle, current body composition and daily lifestyle.  That means you should start with basic fasting program and monitor your results.  Then you can tweak the program to fit your body needs to maximize getting rid of back fat. The results of intermittent fasting are not limited to fat loss.  Intermittent fasting can result also in gain of lean muscle mass, health and performance improvements, better digestion of food, improved immune function.  Important benefit of fasting is improved insulin resistance which is the foundation of fat loss effect of fasting and metabolism improvement. Fasting by definition is the act of abstaining from food and drinks or only food for a certain period of time, usually between 8 and 72 hours.  Intermittent fasting is incorporating 16-24 hour long fasts of into your lifestyle.  It can be done daily or several times a week depending on length of fast.  During intermittent fast you are not consuming any food, but you are still drinking calorie-free drinks like water, coffee, or tee without sugar, creamer, and any other additives which may contain calories.  It is advised to start fasting slowly.  Initially you should start with 1-2 times a week with fasts of 18-20 hours.  For example, you can have your dinner today at 8PM and then fast till 2PM tomorrow afternoon.  Drink lots of water during the fast.  You can add a bit of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to your water.  Coffee and tea is also OK as mentioned before.  Then, at 2PM you can break your fast with normal meal you would have at this time of the day just in case you would not have fasted.  Congratulations! You have completed your first intermittent fast! Intermittent fasting is simple, yet effective method for losing fat and especially for getting rid of your back fat.  The only thing you have to do is to abstain from any food for certain period of time.  We suggest starting with 1 fast for 18 hours per week and then adding second fast of 18 hours in 2-3 weeks.  <br/><br/></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;ve been looking for a way to lose and keep weight off permanently, then you would do well to consider using intermittent fasting as a method of reducing your caloric intake to aid you in your weight loss quest.  <br/><br/>Intermittent fasting is defined as short-term fasts, typically 24-36 hours in length, once or twice per week.  These fasts are normally water only.  Doing a so-called âjuice fastâ can defeat the purpose of intermittent fasting altogether, as by its very definition you are consuming large amounts of natural sugars, which can throw off your blood sugar as well as other bodily functions as well.  Other types of fasts that emphasize one food or drink (other than water) can be just as worrisome.  <br/><br/>Short-term fasts like these are simple to do and they also provide a way to cut your caloric intake rather easily.  Imagine knocking off two full days worth of calories from what you&#8217;ve been taking into your body.  It makes the task of reducing that much easier.  <br/><br/>Of course, replacing those saved calories with massive amounts of food on the other days will negate this aid, but in truth, if you are in tune with what your body is telling you this will not be an issue.  Many times we succumb to our mind&#8217;s indoctrination that we&#8217;ll somehow starve if we don&#8217;t get that extra food.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  <br/><br/>We can survive and indeed thrive on much less food than we&#8217;ve been conditioned to think we need.  America, in particular, is notorious when it comes to conspicuous consumption, and if we&#8217;re not careful, we&#8217;ll feed our next generation into an early grave with the amount of food we&#8217;re forcing down their throats.  There is no relief or help in sight from either the food industry, government or health organizations.  Many are either trying to sell us what they have to offer, the latest diet solution (that won&#8217;t work!) or deny there&#8217;s a problem in the first place.  (The FDA comes to mind!) <br/><br/>So when push comes to shove the only real way to lose unwanted fat and pounds is to consume less food than we use in calories.  It&#8217;s simple math, and the proof that different types of diets don&#8217;t matter as much as they&#8217;d like you to believe lies in the fact that most of these diets will help you to lose weight.  It&#8217;s being able to sustain that particular diet that becomes the problem.  Most are so restrictive that it&#8217;s next to impossible to do them long-term.  <br/><br/>Fasting offers a good alternative, as it&#8217;s not asking you to add anything, buy anything or do anything apart from abstaining from food for a designated period of time so your body can get into calorie deficit and begin to cleanse itself.
